Add support such that quic connection can send/receive NEW_CONNECTION_ID & RETIRE_CONNECTION_ID frames. Note server does not send NEW_CONNECTION_ID in this change. Server can receive NEW_CONNECTION_ID and send RETIRE_CONNECTION_ID frames in short header packets but this is a no-op. Protected by FLAGS_quic_reloadable_flag_quic_connection_support_multiple_cids. QUICHE (QUIC, Http/2, Etc) is Google‘s implementation of QUIC and related protocols. It powers Chromium as well as Google’s QUIC servers and some other projects. QUICHE is only supported on little-endian platforms.
Code can be viewed in CodeSearch in Quiche and is imported into Chromium.
