Moves OgHttp2Session into its own library. I anticipate that OgHttp2Session will become significantly more complex. This will make it easier to test the class in isolation. PiperOrigin-RevId: 368268507 Change-Id: Idbc1b49d4b466e3c7aab48679cd809b3500f56e4
QUICHE (QUIC, Http/2, Etc) is Google‘s implementation of QUIC and related protocols. It powers Chromium as well as Google’s QUIC servers and some other projects. QUICHE is only supported on little-endian platforms.
Code can be viewed in CodeSearch in Quiche and is imported into Chromium.
