Do not set alarm in QuicIdleNetworkDetector if StopDetection() has been called. Not sure if this happens in reality, but if it does, the newly added QUIC_BUG will show where the alarm is being armed. Protected by FLAGS_quic_reloadable_flag_quic_idle_network_detector_no_alarm_after_stopped. PiperOrigin-RevId: 384548638
QUICHE (QUIC, Http/2, Etc) is Google‘s implementation of QUIC and related protocols. It powers Chromium as well as Google’s QUIC servers and some other projects. QUICHE is only supported on little-endian platforms.
Code can be viewed in CodeSearch in Quiche and is imported into Chromium.
