Close connection on incorrect order of HEADERS and DATA frames. While the HTTP/3 spec draft does not require this yet, this is the sane thing to do, and my proposal to change the spec has some support: https://github.com/quicwg/base-drafts/issues/2858. This fixes fuzzer-found bug https://crbug.com/978733. NO_BUG=Bug is https://crbug.com/978733 on Chromium bugtracker. gfe-relnote: n/a, change in QUIC v99-only code. QUICHE (QUIC, Http/2, Etc) is Google‘s implementation of QUIC and related protocols. It powers Chromium as well as Google’s QUIC servers and some other projects.
The code is currently in process of being moved from https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/net/third_party/ into this repository. Please excuse our appearance while we're under construction.
