Fix QUIC core test display

Tests names will now display a pretty name instead of the test index.

For example new string is:
QuicStreamTests/QuicStreamTest.PendingStreamStaticness/Q048
as opposed to old:
QuicStreamTests/QuicStreamTest.PendingStreamStaticness/33
