Add 0-RTT support to QuicToyClient I had to mark QuicToyClient and its users as test_only, which should have been done in the first place. This change is a no-op unless a new command-line flag is passed in so it won't impact any existing uses. PiperOrigin-RevId: 372616822
QUICHE (QUIC, Http/2, Etc) is Google‘s implementation of QUIC and related protocols. It powers Chromium as well as Google’s QUIC servers and some other projects. QUICHE is only supported on little-endian platforms.
Code can be viewed in CodeSearch in Quiche and is imported into Chromium.
