  "message": "Refactor SCONE end-to-end tests.\n\nSconePacketWriter was written for client-to-server tests, where the indicator is sent in the same direction as the SCONE headers. This obviously doesn\u0027t work when the server is sending headers.\n\nThis changes the writer to always update any SCONE headers that pass through it. There is a separate member SawSconeIndicator() so the test can check the indicator was sent properly.\n\nDue to this misuse of the Writer, SconeProtocolClientToServer wasn\u0027t actually verifying anything.
